At Wholesale Domestic Bathrooms we offer standard delivery, assisted delivery and click & collect to help you get everything you need for your new bathroom in a method that's convenient for you.

All small and medium sized deliveries are handled by a specialist courier and delivered to your door.
Large deliveries are managed by our specially selected pallet delivery partners. The goods will be delivered kerbside as close as possible to your front door. If the location is unreachable for any reason such as a narrow street or up a flight of stairs, delivery will be made as near as possible to your property. Unfortunately, the driver is not insured to take the goods inside your property, so it is strongly recommended that at least 2 able bodied people are present to receive the large delivery and carry the goods indoors.
FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £500
We offer free delivery to Zone A on orders over £500. Please see our infographic on the right for more details on which territories in the UK fall into Zone A.
Please note for large deliveries, our 1-man standard delivery service is to the kerb side nearest your property. Upgrade to our 2-man assisted delivery service for your items to be delivered to the room of your choice within your property.
Our 2-man assisted delivery service is subject to postcode restrictions within Scotland only. You can select this service at checkout if applicable for the cost of £59.95 for orders under £500 and £39.95 for orders over £500.
Click & Collect
Orders can be collected free of charge from our dedicated trade and customer collection location at 50 Montrose Avenue, Hillington Park, Glasgow, G52 4LA. Collection can also be arranged from our Aberdeen and Edinburgh showrooms. You can arrange this with a member of our team when they call you to confirm your order.
Please select ‘Collect from Store’ at checkout. All items are eligible for Click & Collect, however, please be aware items cannot always be collected on the same day as ordering. A member of our sales team will contact you when your order is ready to collect.

For delivery to Northern Ireland there is an additional £40 customs fee which will be added to all orders.
We regret that we are no longer able to offer delivery to ROI currently.
The size of your order is automatically calculated into a small, medium, or large delivery and the charge will be shown accordingly at checkout.
All orders will only be charged one delivery fee at the highest rate for the largest item. For example, an order of multiple small items and one large item in Zone A would be charged one delivery fee of £36.95 (unless qualifying for the free delivery offer).
Delivery timescale is between 5-7 working days for all in stock items.
Orders with varying item availability will aim to be grouped into the fewest number of deliveries for your convenience.

I missed my delivery. What should I do?
If you missed your delivery, please contact the delivery partner to re-arrange. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team on 0344 809 4249, via email on [email protected], WhatsApp or Live Chat and we can look into rearranging this for you.
Can I change my delivery date?
If you missed your delivery, please contact the delivery partner directly to re-arrange.
Can my delivery be left with a neighbour or in a safe place?
Yes, providing you have pre-arranged this with the delivery partner.
Will my order still be delivered if I'm not in?
This will depend on the item size and the courier. If you are not going to be in when your delivery is scheduled, please contact the delivery partner directly to arrange.
Do you offer next day delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a next day delivery service at the moment, however this is a level of service we aspire to. Watch this space!
I have received the wrong product. What can I do?
If something is missing from your order or you have received wrong items, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. I have ordered more than one item. Will they arrive separately?
If you have ordered more than one item or your order has varying item availability, we will aim to group these into the fewest number of deliveries for your convenience. However, it is possible for items to arrive separately depending on the item type and carrier.
Do you offer an installation service?
No, unfortunately we do not help with installation. Some of our products come equipped with installation instructions to allow you to fit them yourself, however we always recommend hiring a professional tradesperson to complete more complex installations if you do not have previous experience.
